lxml installation

I need lxml to be installed since I ran into an error in reading .html files. The error is lxml not found, please install it, and you can find it in the hosp_inf_pred workspace and it appears when I run generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_hrs_betas job. It would also be needed for generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_hrs_antibiotics and generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_cis jobs. Without running these jobs I would need to request for hundreds of single .html files to be released, which is not preferred. 检查 python-docker 镜像配置，找到 Python 依赖项的声明位置。使用 hosp_inf_pred 工作区并运行 generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_hrs_betas、generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_hrs_antibiotics 和 generate_notebook_aggregate_cox_cis，以验证 lxml 可用且缺少模块的错误已解决。
