fpga_sim Quartus path issue

Hello, I am working on compiling the Loop Unroll sample.
Both Compiling for emulation & Generating the optimization report work well.
I am trying to Compile for simulation.
I have installed intel Quartus Prime Pro, and entered set QUARTUS_ROOTDIR_OVERRIDE="C:\intelFPGA_pro\24.2\quartus" on commands.
After I entered "nmake fpga_sim", I see the error below.
Any assistance in configuring Quartus's path issue would be appreciated.
I am using VS studio with Windows 11.

Commencez par le point d’entrée nmake fpga_sim de l’exemple Loop Unroll et examinez comment le build transmet QUARTUS_ROOTDIR_OVERRIDE ou le PATH à quartus_sh. Reproduisez la commande sous Windows 11 avec l’installation Quartus indiquée, puis vérifiez que la compilation de la simulation FPGA se termine sans l’erreur Quartus was not found.
