Description

The links to tools and data in this section of the homepage don't work correctly.
https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/#how-do-i-use-ome-zarr
If you mouse-over in the browser, appear to be coded as anchors and not links so they just don't point to anything.

Research direction

Start at the homepage's “how-do-i-use-ome-zarr” section and inspect how its tool and data links are rendered. Check the links in a browser, including their hover destinations, and verify that each item points to the intended target rather than behaving as an empty anchor.
