Description

devspace should have a self-hosted git repository to support running without GitHub. All jobs could push/pull from this internal git repo, and an optional separate job would push this to GitHub if required. This removes the need for a secret SSH key or github token.

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the jobs that currently depend on GitHub and the proposed optional synchronization job; done means jobs can operate with an internal Git repository without GitHub credentials, while GitHub synchronization remains optional.
