Description
Minimally to improve the build time, but also to simplify the overall repo, Dockerfiles should be migrated to their own repos:
- slave (in progress, see https://github.com/openmicroscopy/devslave-c7-docker/pull/2)
- jenkins (master)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the repository's Dockerfiles and the linked devslave-c7-docker pull request for the slave migration. Then locate the jenkins (master) image definition and confirm how these images are consumed by the CI setup. Done means both checklist items have been migrated to their own repositories and the build references are updated.
