Description of the Issue

I am using two monitors (probably would be the same with one monitor). Windows 10 desktop is set to display random wallpapers, using default Windows app. Each time wallpaper is changed (I have set it to 10 min) and I am working in Notepad++, left panel will start flashing dark/light, it will flash few times then stop. I guess Windows wallpaper change is causing this - for some reason Notepad++ is having problem with it. I haven't seen this in any other program I am using.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
  1. Set Windows 10 to display a random wallpaper every few minutes from folder where you have saved few JPG images
  2. Keep Notepad++ in foreground (you can be working in it)
  3. Each time Windows 10 will change the wallpaper, Notepad++ left panel will flash like crazy (I use "Folder as Workspace")
Expected Behavior

Nothing should happen when Windows is changing the wallpaper (which isn't even seen because my Notepad++ is in full screen mode).
