What steps will reproduce the bug?

There is a deadlock that prevents the Node.js process from exiting. The issue is causing a lot (all?) of timeout failures in our CI. It can be reproduced by running a test in parallel with our test.py tool, for example

$ ./tools/test.py --repeat=10000 test/parallel/test-http2-large-write-multiple-requests.js

Rarely, but often enough to be a serious issue for CI.

The process exits.

The process does not exit.

Riproduci il blocco con tools/test.py usando test/parallel/test-http2-large-write-multiple-requests.js e --repeat=10000. Poi traccia il percorso di shutdown attorno a NodePlatform::DrainTasks, SpinEventLoopInternal, WorkerThreadsTaskRunner e ai sorgenti libuv mostrati nei backtrace. Il lavoro è completato quando il processo termina in modo affidabile e la regressione è coperta da un test.
