Commencez par test/parallel/test-runner-run-watch.mjs, en particulier par testUpdate à la ligne 81 et les cas en échec autour des lignes 155 et 159. Reproduisez le test en mode watch sous Windows et examinez la sortie du délai d’attente, où les exécutions répétées signalent SIGTERM au lieu de '# tests 1'. C’est terminé lorsque le test réussit de manière fiable sans le flake signalé.
