Description

support revert v8 commit by hash, should be usefully when test V8 function. Like https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/35415#issuecomment-700987060, I have a guess, but cumbersome reverting the commit in node.js repo.

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reviewing the existing Node.js core revert workflow and the referenced V8 pull request and commit, then identify the CLI entry point for accepting a V8 commit hash. Done means a hash can be used to revert the V8 change for testing without the cumbersome manual process described.
