Description
I found our github-bot create PRs to docker-library/official-images, so wondering could he also create PRs to homebrew-core ?
Then maybe we can access the latest Node.js from homebrew more quickly.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing github-bot path that creates pull requests for docker-library/official-images. Compare that flow with the requirements for submitting updates to homebrew-core, and define completion as the bot reliably creating the appropriate Homebrew pull requests so newer Node.js releases can become available there sooner.
