描述
In #936, migration of user homepages was introduced based on a meta tag.
We may want to generalize this behaviour to all templates, to solve problems like #982.
This may also involve flushing the config dir (~npm run clean).
Since there are a couple of template-related changes in 5.0.0, we may want to make this part of this release.
