CRUD concurrency tests

Run NSS in multi-user mode on localhost. Then:

Revisa la rama del pull request de las pruebas CRUD, ejecuta NSS en modo multiusuario en localhost con las variables de entorno indicadas y ejecuta test/surface/concurrency.test.ts. Empieza por los casos de concurrencia que fallan y compara las respuestas y los eventos de websocket-pubsub observados con las expectativas. Se considera completado cuando la suite pasa, incluyendo exactamente una creación exitosa y una notificación para cada caso de PUT repetido.
