startup message about listening address incorrectly reports host as localhost

When you start n-s-s it prints the following message:

Solid server (5.4.0) running on https://localhost:8443/

However, this is not technically correct. When I see 'localhost' I expect that the server would be listening only on 127.0.0.1. However, the server is actually listening on all addresses (0.0.0.0 / :: in ipv6). I can verify this by connecting to the container where I'm running it in docker:

(the :::8443 shows that it's listening on ipv6's wildcard address ::).

Ideally I would like to see this message say: "Solid server (5.4.0) running on https://0.0.0.0:8443/". As an additional enhancement, it might be nice to allow this listen address to be configured with an options flag. I can't see one in the help output.

Start by locating the startup message that reports the listening address and compare it with the server's actual Docker listening behavior shown by netstat. Check the help output for existing listen-address options; done means the message accurately reflects the bind address and any supported configuration is documented.
