Although relation type is compared in a case-insensitive fashion: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8288#section-3.3 , currently cameCase describedBy is used in NSS. Although the term is originally lowercased:

Change will not break applications that conform to RFC 8288 (ie. should be case-insensitive comparison any way).
