Yarn install error

Hi,

When I try to install solid-server@5.2.2 with yarn it fails because @solid/acl-check rdflib dependency expects node version to be ^6.0.

Beginne damit, den Fehler mit Yarn unter Node 12.13.1 für solid-server@5.2.2 zu reproduzieren, und untersuche anschließend die Abhängigkeitsdeklarationen im Zusammenhang mit rdflib und @solid/acl-check. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn der gemeldete Node-Engine-Konflikt behoben ist und die Installation ohne den Fehler wegen eines inkompatiblen Moduls abgeschlossen wird.
