Yarn install error

Hi,

When I try to install solid-server@5.2.2 with yarn it fails because @solid/acl-check rdflib dependency expects node version to be ^6.0.

Start by reproducing the failure with Yarn on Node 12.13.1 for solid-server@5.2.2, then inspect the dependency declarations involving rdflib and @solid/acl-check. Done means the reported Node engine conflict is resolved and installation completes without the incompatible-module error.
