Node-RED 5.0 is coming real soon. We need to update the website for this happy occasion.
Will build out a full checklist to work through, but as a starter for 10:

- Supported Node.js versions info
- Editor guide
- Refresh for new capabilities
- Screenshots
- Custom Theme Plugins docs (not critical, but needs an issue so it doesn't get forgotten)
- Video tour of new features
- Blog post
