Description

Is it possible to write a nonlinear transform into itk format (nifti or h5) using nitransforms? Or is the only supported output format x5?

Research direction

Start by reviewing nitransforms' existing output-format support and the code path that writes nonlinear transforms, then compare its x5 output with the requested ITK h5 or NIfTI formats. Done means the supported ITK format is explicitly chosen, nonlinear transforms can be written to it, and the behavior is covered by tests.
