Description
As a community, we are reliant on a large number of open-source packages and developers. As more people use our tools in turn, it could be nice to promote some of these "upstream" developers, especially if they are actively looking for sponsorship. We could dedicate a website page to this and potentially promote the concept.
This list of people and packages needs work, but the two that have come up in discussion recently are:
- Rich -- https://github.com/sponsors/willmcgugan
- JSON Schema -- https://opencollective.com/json-schema
Please add more here, including the sponsorship URL.

The issue does not name a file, page, or test. Start by locating the website's existing content pages and navigation, then review how external links are represented. Done means the sponsorship page or list includes additional upstream developers and packages with their sponsorship URLs.
