- Discussions around regulatory aspects of pipelines emerged in 2023/2024 but were then technically tackled in 2025 at the hackathon in Barcelona
- Metrics collection via central nf-core/stats tooling
- Proof of concept to build reports for each pipeline release, increasing trust by authorities in these pipelines and making it transparent how many people were already working on these
- Provide detailed overview on future plans and directions within the regulatory SIG
