Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The SIG regulatory wants to improve the documentation regarding regulatory requirements for nf-core.
Describe the solution you'd like
Currently the website Overview on regulatory aspects for nf-core pipelines focuses on the validation of pipelines. The scope should be widened and it should be analysed how regulatory requirements influence the usage of nf-core pipelines in certain use cases (for instance pharma industry, medical device manufacturer, clinics, etc.)
Describe alternatives you've considered
It should also be possible to create additional subpages to address different use cases separately. This depends on the amount of information that will end up under "docs/guidelines/regulatory/".
Additional context
Add link to existing Google Doc containing the initial information about regulatory. Couldn't find it.

Research direction
Start with docs/guidelines/regulatory/overview and the linked SIG regulatory page to understand the current validation-focused guidance. Review the requested pharma, medical-device, and clinic use cases, and look for the missing initial Google Doc mentioned in the issue. Done means the regulatory guidance covers the broader scope, with separate use-case pages if needed.
