Description
The pipeline health page is great, but it's quite well hidden and new failures have to be found manually.
As we now have a slack #channel named after each pipeline, it should be possible to make a slack bot that pings the channel with any failures each time the cron job runs.

Research direction
Start by locating the pipeline health page and the cron job that checks for failures. Confirm how pipeline names map to Slack channels; done means each cron run reports new failures to the corresponding channel.
