I am not sure if this is something possible but worth to try.
Check if https://github.com/nf-core/variantbenchmarking/blob/dev/modules/local/custom/vcf_to_csv/main.nf can be replaced with gatk4/variantstotable (nf-core module)
- check if all the subworkflows works as expected with the new module.
