Description
Description of feature
Preprocessing modules should go into its own subworkflow, same goes for adjusting batch effect and removal of confounding probes which depend on the phenotypes being present. Lastly we should optionally see a subworkflow for detecing differentially methylated probes/regions/blocks.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. First map the existing preprocessing, batch-effect adjustment, confounding-probe removal, and differential-methylation workflow sections, then determine how each process type should be separated. Done means the requested process-specific subworkflows exist and the differential-methylation subworkflow remains optional.
