Description
This stems from #91. If we want to make it easy to identify outliers, we need to be able to identify individual studies. We could perhaps add an id parameter to Dataset.__init__(), which would default to a simple integer index.

Research direction
Start with Dataset.init and read issue #91 for the surrounding requirements. Trace how datasets and individual studies are represented, then verify that an optional study identifier can default to a simple integer index and remains available for identifying outliers.
