Research direction

Start by reviewing the copykat() entry point and how the KS.cut parameter is applied during analysis. Define a way to change KS.cut and re-analyze existing results without rerunning the full copykat() function, then verify that users can obtain different tumor-cell selections efficiently.

Description

Hey,
Sometime I need to change KS.cut to get more or less tumor cells. However, each time I have to run the copykat() funtion just for changing KS.cut. It took me a lot time. Do you have any method to make it easy for users?
Thanks!
