Research direction

No source files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reviewing the attached heatmap and the reported CopyKAT analysis context; the issue would be complete only when the cause of the apparent CNVs is established and the interpretation is documented.

Description

Hi,

I have performed copykat analysis for immune cells (green bar in the heatmap) and non-immune cells(orange bar in the heatmap). Based on this it looks like the non-immune cells would be loaded with CNVs. I am wondering if there's some biological reason for this or would you say that this or is a true finding? The cells are all from the same sample, so no batch effects are possible.
