Research direction

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Locate the CNV inference workflow and determine whether bin size is already configurable; confirm that a 1MB setting produces smaller heatmaps and supports comparison with the stated WGS segments.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Hi Ruli,

Is it possible to run the CNV inference at a lower resolution (of say 1MB) instead of 225kb. The heatmaps generated at 225kb are too large. Also our WGS segments are around 1MB so it'd be easier to compare with the baseline DNAseq data. Is there any parameter in the code I can set to change the bin size?

Thank you,
