No staff Text in Braille Export/Output

Description with steps to reproduce

There is currently no staff text shown in Braille output in either Braille export or Live Braille View.

STEPS:

1. Create a score with some staff text.
2. With focus on a bar with some staff text press Tab to move to the Live Braille View panel.
3. Notice no staff text is present on the shown Braille line.
4. Use file Export to export to a brf file and then view that file in a Braille editor/viewer and notice the staff text is not present.
