Correct default direction of slurs on cross-staff notes

Assessment
This issue has not been assessed yet.
Description
Notes that remain on the origin staff which are part of beamed groups which have some notes cross-staffed to the staff above will have their stems up. Slurs that exclusively span such notes (i.e. do not span off the cross-staffed notes) should, by default, go below these notes, not above (assuming only one voice on the staff), just as they would in a non-cross-staff situation where the notes were manually flipped up.
