Bug description

Adding a staccato mark to a note makes it significantly louder, than a note with no articulation at all.

General MIDI doesn't have this volume difference.

Steps to reproduce

Open the attached score
Select the bassoon for the first 3 instruments and contrabassoon for the 4th from Muse Sounds for playback
Start playback from measure 8
