Research direction

Reproduce the issue by undocking the PLAY panel and dragging it to the screen's right edge on the reported desktop setup. Trace the drag behavior for the undocked panel and verify that the cursor no longer moves beyond the point where the panel stops. Confirm the fix by repeating the listed steps.

Description

UX/interaction

Describe the bug

  1. Drag the PLAY panel tab to undock.
  2. Now drag the panel right till it reaches the screen's right edge, then keep dragging.

RESULT: The mouse cursor slides right across the PLAY panel, even though the panel can't move any further.

Expected behavior

When the panel stops moving so does the mouse.
