The demo-run developed in https://github.com/mskcc/beagle/pull/110 does not seem to actually work, it constantly crashes after being submitted to Ridgeback from Beagle. Its not clear why its breaking or how to debug the issue. Related to https://github.com/mskcc/beagle/issues/139 and https://github.com/mskcc/beagle/issues/131, need a way to run a quick and reliable demo Roslin run in order to generate updated fixtures for development.
