Description
It's become sufficiently easy for LLMs to be run against a public web service like Pontoon that we should (somewhat) pre-emptively limit the impact that doing so might have. I'm not suggesting that we categorically ban all LLM use, as it may well be very useful when used appropriately, but we should at least require that translators and others who wish to use such tools discuss the matter with us first.
I'm not proposing that any technical blocks be put in place (at least initially), but that we e.g. update our terms of use with some appropriate verbiage.
