Recently some discussions were had on how we can reduce friction in everyday PM/admin tasks.

One of the things that came up was that it was difficult to find certain contributors for locales because one needed to manually navigate to the contributors and find the profile in question.

To solve this issue with the Insights Dashboard, we can implement a tooltip upon hover over a metric for a specific locale (es-MX -> Managers), and have that display the corresponding contributors.
