Describe the bug
The following command (from the Quick Start) does not work on Windows PowerShell, but that is not documented.
My recommended solution is to use cross-env, which will populate the environment variables on any platform.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
npm run dev:internal
Expected behavior
Server launches normally.
Logs

> AUTH_MODE=internal tsx watch --inspect src/index.ts
'AUTH_MODE' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
