WorkbookTableColumn doesn't accept "values"

Describe the bug

Using same syntax than in this code snippet from documentation gives error: "TypeError: WorkbookTableColumn.init() got an unexpected keyword argument 'values'"

I can run the code without "values".

Expected behavior

I want to add also values similar to what I can via Graph Expoler.

How to reproduce

Try to add column to Excel with values.

首先找出 Python SDK 使用的 WorkbookTableColumn 定義，並將其接受的建構函式欄位與 SDK version 1.7.0 的文件片段進行比較。分別在有值和無值的情況下重現請求，然後驗證是否可以如 issue 中所示使用值建立欄。
