Problem
Maintainers face a large number of Pull Requests, making it difficult to decide which ones to review first.
Proposed Solution
Introduce a scoring system to prioritize Pull Requests based on:
- Size of the change
- Risk level
- Impact on the system
Expected Impact
- More efficient review process
- Faster integration of critical changes
- Better allocation of maintainer effort
