Description
- Extension version: 0.132.0 (0.120.2 for Cursor)
- VSCode Version: 1.110.1 (Universal) (also present in Cursor: Version: 2.6.18 / VSCode Version: 1.105.1)
- OS: Darwin arm64 25.2.0
- Repository Clone Configuration (single repository/fork of an upstream repository):
- GitHub Product (GitHub.com/GitHub Enterprise version x.x.x): GitHub.com
Steps to Reproduce:
- Add a comment or a response to a comment in a Github PR
- Try clicking "Refresh Pull Request Comments" in the panel, or in an inline comment.
Bug
Nothing happens, it doesn't load the changes done in Github.com, which can be new comments and answers to comments 😊
I don't see any logs appearing in the "Output" panel for "Github Pull Requests"
It does work when I do the VSCode "Reload Window" though
Thank you!

Research direction
No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the problem by adding a GitHub PR comment, then use “Refresh Pull Request Comments” and compare it with a VS Code window reload; trace the refresh entry point and related output, and consider the issue done when refresh displays new comments and replies without reloading the window.
