Description

Suggestion

I would like to be provided with all relevant navigation options while pressing ctrl when hovering a java method.

Use Cases

When reading code, navigating code efficiently is crucial for understanding it quickly. I do not want to waste time jumping to a method declaration in an interface (current behavior) when I actually would have liked to jump to one of its implementations. On the other hand, I do not always want to jump to implementations but sometimes want to actually jump to the interface where the method had been declared. As the intended outcome depends on the current context, it would be nice to be actively presented with all applicable navigation options.

Examples

I press ctrl key while hovering a method invocation where the target method is declared in an interface. Then I would like to see a small select box containing the following options: 1. Go To Definition, 2. Go To Implementations. See https://images.app.goo.gl/kMsEM9vVToRRHB7s5 for an example of how eclipse handles this:
"Open Declaration" would map to "Go To Definition" in VS Code and "Open Implementation" would map to "Go To Implementations" in VS Code
