Description
When the 'hide non java resources' are clicked, the *.properties, pom.xml files and images, which are also part of the development, are missing. It would be great to be able to configure these files as Java resources as part of the plugin configuration, and have them easily accessible in the 'Java Projects' tab.

Research direction
Start by locating the implementation of the “hide non java resources” option and the “Java Projects” tab in the extension. Determine how plugin configuration is defined and how resources such as *.properties, pom.xml files, and images are filtered. Done means users can configure which resource types remain visible in that tab.
