Description

  • For the launch debugging, we provide two kinds of implementation: SocketLaunchingConnector and ListeningConnector. Need revisit the design to see whether to keep using one kind of implementation.
  • For the attach debugging, support both Socket Attach and Socket Listen. See #415

Research direction

Start by reviewing the SocketLaunchingConnector and ListeningConnector implementations described in the issue, then read #415 for the attach-debugging context. The design work is complete when launch debugging has a settled connector approach and attach debugging supports both Socket Attach and Socket Listen.
