Description

It seems that OpenOCD has added support for ARM SWO trace port.
Would be truly awesome if cpptools could add support for this and be able to output that to the debug console!

Research direction

The issue names OpenOCD, ARM SWO trace output, and the VS Code debug console, but mentions no files, tests, or entry points. First identify where the extension integrates with OpenOCD and the debug console; done would require an agreed support design and verified SWO output there.
