My bash history showing entries of the form:
env sh /tmp/Microsoft-MIEngine-Cmd*
I use C/C++ tools 0.20.1 and vscode 1.29.1. The command in question is run internally by ether vscode itself or the C/C++. This triggers on every debug run. Adding a space in front the command when it is sent to the shell will prevent it from being logged by bash. I don't expect to see internal commands in the .bash_history file.

*Adding a space works only if bash is configured not to record such lines as it is in my setup.
