Description
When using alter on an object after setting IsEncrypted to true (I believe it also happens without setting IsEncrypted to true), the parameter list is not exactly as it was before altering.

The left side of this image shows what SMO prints to the debug console after the alter, and on the right is what the script looks like before the alter:

This difference causes errors.
