Tried following:

"ExcludedPaths": "dir"
"ExcludedPaths": "dir/"
"ExcludedPaths": "./dir/*"

mb it's related to https://github.com/PyCQA/bandit/issues/657
Please, upgrade bandit 1.6.3 to the newest version.
