Hi Galen,
Here are some requested modifications to the https://microsoft.github.io/makecode-csp page to support Educator verification.

In the "Download Educator Materials" section, add the following text, "You must be a verified educator to download the course materials. Please create a GitHub Educator account. Instructions here (this will point to another page, like makecode.com/GitHubTeacherVerification)

Need to change the Course Materials Download link to go through the Honor Roll API. @jwunderl
- Need to change all OneDrive links to go through API (not sure about this... @jwunderl ?)
