Double-serialization of string as input to durable activities

When sending a string as an input to a Durable activity, we get double serialization - "Seattle" becomes ""Seattle""

Returns "Hello "Seattle""

Start by reproducing the issue with the runOrchestrator callActivity("SayHello", "Seattle", String.class) path and the sayHello durable activity trigger shown in the report. Trace how the string input is serialized and deserialized; done means the activity receives Seattle without extra quotes and returns "Hello Seattle!".
