[BUG] `ReferenceLinks` model incorrect

The model describes an object with a links key.

All models specify this model as the value of a _links key, eg, GitCommit,

However, this doesn't fit actual or sample responses

Consequently, clients deserialize _links to empty object despite actual data.

從 azure-devops/azure/devops/v5_1/git/models.py 中約第 3040-3054 行的 ReferenceLinks 定義開始，接著將其與約第 3356 行的 GitCommit 以及連結的 REST sample 進行比較。當模型表示回應的 _links 結構，讓用戶端不再將已填入的 links 反序列化為空物件時，即表示完成。
