Is there a way to change organization-level settings?

Description
I believe there's an API for changing settings in the organization, e.g. the organization description, time zone etc.
However, I'm struggling to find this in the Python SDK. If it's not in the SDK, is it possible to use the "generic" client for now, to invoke the REST API directly?
